It is preferred that every student has at least two or more years of study in the major they are auditioning for.  Students who will be in the 9th or 10th grade the following September may audition.  Students who will be in 11th or 12th grade the following September may NOT audition.  Students may audition for as many majors as they like as long as they meet the requirements listed below.  NO AUDITION TICKET IS REQUIRED.

 The open house for freshman who are applying to BHSA in the Fall of 2018 will be held on:

October 25th, 2017 @ 6:00 PM.

There are five auditions held each year for residents in all five boroughs of New York.  Auditions for applicants applying to be freshman for the 2018 school year will be held:

November 15th, 2017 @ 4PM- Brooklyn Residents

November 18th, 2017 @ 9AM- Brooklyn Residents

December 6th, 2017 @ 4PM- City-Wide Residents

December 9th, 2017 @ 9AM- City-Wide Residents
